Primate Ayodele raises alarm: They’re looking for any means to eliminate Peter Obi, Atiku 

Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has alleged that political forces are seeking every possible means to eliminate opposition figures Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar ahead of the 2027 presidential election, according to a report by Daily Post.

The cleric, known for his annual political prophecies, claimed that opposition leaders face mounting threats as the ruling party moves to secure its hold on power ahead of the election.

In a video posted on X, Ayodele warned the two politicians to be conscious of their security.

Ayodele has repeatedly weighed in on the fortunes of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) coalition, of which both Obi and Atiku are prominent members, previously warning that only a united opposition front stands a chance of unseating President Bola Tinubu.

His latest remarks add to the heightened political tension trailing the coalition’s efforts to settle on a single 2027 candidate, amid ongoing rivalry among its top figures.
