Prince Harry makes fresh revelations about royal family rift in explosive interview
Prince Harry has expressed his desire to reconcile with his father, King Charles III, and brother, Prince William, despite their strained relationships.
According to the Express, the Duke of Sussex addressed the family dispute during an interview with GQ published on Tuesday.
Asked whether he mourned his former relationship with his family, Harry acknowledged the emotional impact of their disagreements.
“Yes, of course. I think from a family perspective, again, another massively relatable issue for so many people, sibling disagreements, broken relationships between kids and their parents, kids and one parent.”
He added: “Some people don’t want it to work out. I want it to work out.”
Harry emphasised the importance of reconciliation and moving beyond past disagreements.
The interview also explored his experiences with grief, media scrutiny and returning to Britain with Meghan Markle and their children.
His remarks emerged as King Charles and other senior royals welcomed Oman’s Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to Windsor for a state visit.
