Joan Garcia delivered an outstanding performance between the posts, while several Barcelona players struggled against the hosts’ intensity.
Barcelona Player Ratings
Joan Garcia: 9.5/10 Barcelona’s standout performer, producing several excellent saves to prevent PSG from building an unassailable first-half lead. He remained impressive after the break despite conceding four goals.
Joao Cancelo: 7/10 Booked early, Cancelo adopted a cautious approach against Doue and Achraf Hakimi. He offered limited attacking support and occasionally made questionable decisions under pressure.
Gerard Martin: 6.5/10 Martin handled his defensive responsibilities reasonably well on his return to the starting XI but struggled to contain PSG’s dangerous wide attackers consistently.
Pau Cubarsi: 7.5/10 Despite appearing to pick up an early injury, Cubarsi remained composed, defended intelligently and helped Barcelona play out from the back under sustained pressure.
Xavi Espart: 9/10 Espart delivered an impressive display against Kvaratskhelia, limiting the winger’s influence while providing reliable defensive cover. He also scored a superb equaliser after the interval.

Pedri: 8.5/10 Pedri became Barcelona’s principal source of control after a difficult opening spell. His close control and composure helped sustain possession, although Rodri’s absence left him covering deeper areas.
Dani Olmo: 7/10 Olmo started brightly, testing PSG from distance and looking dangerous between the lines. However, an ankle injury forced him off before he could influence the match further.
Anthony Gordon: 6/10 Gordon threatened on counter-attacks and found promising positions but hesitated in front of goal. His loose possession and marking contributed to an inconsistent performance.
Raphinha: 7/10 Raphinha looked lively on his return to the starting lineup, creating promising openings and going close twice. However, PSG matched his pressing intensity and restricted his overall influence.
Lamine Yamal: 7/10 Yamal endured a frustrating first half, losing possession and struggling to create chances. He briefly rediscovered his brilliance with a superb solo goal to make it 2-2.
