Real Madrid submit improved contract offer to Vinicius Junior amid Arsenal interest
Real Madrid have submitted an improved contract offer to Vinicius Junior as they intensify efforts to keep the Brazilian forward at the Santiago Bernabéu.
According to The Athletic, club officials met with the player’s representatives in Madrid on Wednesday after months of stalled negotiations over salary and renewal terms.
The revised proposal reportedly reflects Vinicius’ importance to Real Madrid following strong interest from Arsenal, who are monitoring the situation should negotiations fail.
The 26-year-old must now decide whether to extend his stay in Spain, explore a move to the Premier League, or see out his current deal before becoming a free agent.
