Ruth Kadiri dismisses death rumours, urges fans to fact-check

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Ruth Kadiri has debunked reports claiming she died, assuring fans that she remains alive, healthy and safe.

As reported by Punch, Kadiri addressed the rumours in an Instagram video on Sunday, saying, “Please note that I am alive. I did not have any accident, and I am safe.”

She further described the reports as false, urging her followers to disregard and stop circulating unverified claims about her, while calling on fans to report social media pages spreading the hoax.

The death rumours emerged as Kadiri continues promoting her latest project, Once Upon a Village, having recently released Episode 5 on her digital platform, RuthKadiri247, featuring actors Henrietta Ibekwe and Deza The Great.
