SDP’s Adebayo tells Datti: don’t group me with candidates who can’t fix Nigeria

According to a Daily Post Nigeria report, SDP presidential candidate Adewole Adebayo has responded to Datti Baba-Ahmed’s claim that none of the leading 2027 presidential candidates, including Peter Obi, can fix Nigeria.

Speaking on Arise Television on Sunday, Adebayo said Datti’s assessment likely stemmed from his personal experiences with politicians he has worked with, and should not be extended to candidates like himself, with whom Datti has had no direct dealings.

He suggested Datti’s disappointment with his former running mate, Peter Obi, may have shaped his broader judgment of other contenders ahead of the 2027 presidential race.
