Security agencies urged to probe terrorist kingpin Bashir’s alleged visit to Senator Buba’s home

A security commentator has alleged that a suspected terrorist and bandit kingpin identified as Bashir was seen inside a residence he claimed belongs to Senator Shehu Buba Umar.

According to SaharaReporters, commentator D English Alhaji made the allegation in a video, displaying footage he said showed Bashir inside the Bauchi senator’s property.

Alhaji urged security agencies and media organisations to investigate the footage and establish ownership of the house.

He also claimed the man’s impaired hand matched injuries allegedly sustained during a gun battle with the Nigerian Army.

Senator Buba has repeatedly denied allegations linking him to terrorists and called for investigations, maintaining that some videos circulated against him were manipulated or taken out of context.

The allegation remains unverified.
