Three-storey building collapses in Abuja, casualties unknown
A three-storey building collapsed near the Zone 4 area of Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, on Monday, causing panic among residents and passersby.
According to SaharaReporters, the building came down suddenly, with videos and photographs showing debris scattered around the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the collapse remain unclear, while authorities had yet to confirm whether anyone was trapped or injured.
Emergency agencies were expected to mobilise to the scene for assessment and possible rescue operations. The cause of the collapse had also not been established as of the time of filing the report.
