UK prosecutors accuse Andrew Tate of filming sexualised video with minor
British-American influencer Andrew Tate took part in a sexualised video involving an underage girl and possessed indecent images of her, UK prosecutors have alleged in court filings.
According to The Telegraph, documents filed as part of an extradition request allege police found 168 indecent images and videos on Tate’s devices after his 2015 arrest on suspicion of rape and sexual assault.
The girl was reportedly 17, while Tate was 28. Prosecutors allege Tate knew she was underage.
One video allegedly showed Tate with the girl “in a sexualised context”, while prosecutors claim he subsequently shared footage through WhatsApp.
Messages allegedly exchanged between them included Tate telling the girl: “Then we have a problem legally, you’re not old enough to do so.”
Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested in Miami in July 2026 following requests from British prosecutors.
UK authorities are seeking their extradition over 59 charges, including rape and sex trafficking.
The brothers deny the allegations and maintain their interactions with women were consensual.
