A video has emerged showing the tense moments aboard a Kenya Airways flight from Nairobi to Lagos after a passenger reportedly became restless and began behaving unusually.

A woman who recorded the incident said the passenger appeared to be struggling to breathe after standing up and suggested that oxygen might have helped him.

“The man was so restless and started behaving strangely. This was when he stood up. It seemed like he was struggling to breathe, and a simple oxygen could have saved his life. This was the moment it all started. Unfortunately, the man died inside the plane before we landed,” she said.

The footage shows the passenger standing in the cabin as other passengers and crew members responded to the situation. He was also reported to have attempted to open an emergency exit door during the flight.

The passenger later became unresponsive and died shortly before the aircraft landed in Lagos.
