Wike reveals how Tinubu used Peter Obi to stop Atiku in 2023

FCT Minister Nyesom Wike has disclosed that Bola Tinubu’s 2023 presidential win was engineered by splitting opposition votes between Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, with the APC quietly backing Obi in South-South states to weaken Atiku’s PDP stronghold.

Wike said the strategy denied Atiku votes that should have gone his way in states like Cross River and Edo, according to Peoples Gazette.

He insisted Obi lacks the political strength to win the 2027 election despite his popularity among youths.
