Apple says more former workers may have removed confidential data for OpenAI
Apple has expanded its trade secrets lawsuit against OpenAI, alleging additional former employees may have taken confidential company information to the AI firm.
The tech giant has requested expedited discovery involving more current and former staff, arguing the move could uncover evidence supporting its claims of misappropriation.
OpenAI has denied possessing or using Apple’s confidential data, and is contesting the allegations as the legal dispute continues.
