2027: Atiku’s sack will be your downfall – US firm warns Tinubu, Keyamo, APC
The firm says it will take Keyamo’s post celebrating the ruling to the Trump administration and US Congress, claiming the judgment was political.
A United States-based lobbying firm, Von Batten-Montague-York, has warned President Bola Tinubu and Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo that the court ruling nullifying Atiku Abubakar’s ADC presidential candidacy will be their undoing, Daily Post reports.
In a post on its X handle on Thursday, the firm said the judgment that sacked the David Mark-led ADC leadership was not an ordinary court matter. It alleged that the Tinubu administration influenced the ruling out of fear of Atiku’s growing support, and that officials reportedly met after his Sokoto rally.
The firm said it would present Keyamo’s X post celebrating the judgment to the Trump administration and the US Congress as evidence that the ruling was political. It claimed a senior congressional staffer described his reaction as an “open display of election interference.”
“You celebrated too early. Washington is watching,” the firm warned.
