British-Nigerian influencer, 43, dies following penis enlargement procedure in Thailand

British-Nigerian businessman and influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo has died at 43 after undergoing a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand, with a coroner ruling the cosmetic treatment caused a fatal embolism, according to a report by The Mirror. Ubiribo, who had roughly 185,000 Instagram followers, was on a luxury vacation with his wife, fashion designer Danielle Simba Allen, when he received 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis at an unnamed Thai clinic in March.

An inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court heard that following the procedure, the couple went for a massage at their Bangkok Marriott hotel, where Ubiribo complained of chest pain and lost consciousness twice. He was rushed to Sukhumvit Hospital, initially conscious and able to answer questions, but passed out before a recommended CT scan could be performed.

Doctors determined he had suffered a pulmonary embolism, a blood clot blocking a vessel in the lungs, and moved him to intensive care. Despite CPR lasting more than 100 minutes, Ubiribo died in the early hours of March 6, 2026. A subsequent UK postmortem found cellular material in his lungs matching the injected hyaluronic acid, with coroner Jean Harkin confirming the cosmetic procedure as the cause of death.

Ubiribo owned a $1.1 million home in Los Angeles and a $600,000 London apartment, and had married Allen in a $473,000 ceremony in Zimbabwe in 2022. He was buried in London in a gold coffin reportedly costing over $745,000, with mourners including Nigerian singer Davido and Cubana Chief Priest.

Hyaluronic acid penis fillers can cost up to $9,000 and typically last six to nine months. British urology experts have warned of potentially devastating complications.
