Dangote refinery set to launch IPO on September 14
Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals has signed its initial public offering documents ahead of the offer’s proposed opening on September 14, according to a report by TheCable.
At a preliminary signing ceremony, Chuka Eseka, CEO of Vetiva Capital Management, said the refinery is expected to list its shares in November 2026, with dollar-denominated dividends. Olutade Olaegbe of Vetiva said the offer would run for about a month, closing October 13, subject to Securities and Exchange Commission approval.
Dangote Group CEO Aliko Dangote earlier disclosed a minimum subscription requirement of 10 ordinary shares, priced at N5,250 per unit, as the refinery moves toward its public listing.
