Joao Cancelo arrives in Barcelona as return to Barça moves closer

Joao Cancelo has arrived in Barcelona ahead of completing his permanent return to the Catalan club, with the Portugal international making clear his desire to play for Barça again. According to Mundo Deportivo, as reported by Barca Universal, Cancelo said he was finally where he wanted to be after travelling to Spain.

The full-back revealed he trained during his holiday to ensure he was ready for Barcelona and admitted he was willing to sacrifice part of his salary to make the move happen. Cancelo reportedly told sporting director Deco that his preference was Barcelona or remaining at Al-Hilal for another year.
