Lautaro Martinez inspires Inter comeback to beat Napoli 3-2 in San Siro thriller
Inter produced a remarkable second-half comeback to defeat Napoli 3-2 at San Siro, with Lautaro Martinez scoring twice to complete a dramatic turnaround. According to Football Italia, Napoli appeared in control after Matteo Politano and Rasmus Højlund scored within three minutes of each other shortly after half-time.
Inter responded almost immediately, with Lautaro reducing the deficit in the 56th minute after Federico Dimarco created the opportunity. Marcus Thuram then brought the hosts level in the 82nd minute, heading in Carlos Augusto’s cross to set up a tense finale.
