Momodu explains why he’s backing Adeleke over ADC’s candidate

Former presidential candidate Dele Momodu has explained his decision to back Osun Governor Ademola Adeleke over his own party’s candidate, Najeem Salaam, in Saturday’s election, according to Tribune Online.

Speaking on Channels Television, Momodu said his support reflects the ADC’s coalition agenda and his personal bond with Adeleke, whom he called his “twin brother,” born three days apart in 1960. He described the contest as a battle against President Tinubu rather than APC, and urged Tinubu to ensure a free, fair election, warning against being blamed for potential electoral violence in Osun.
