Nigerian-British businessman had five penis enlargement injections before death — Thai authorities

Nigerian-British businessman Igho Ubiribo underwent five penis enlargement injections before his death in Thailand, according to Thai health authorities.

The findings, reported by Tribune Online, emerged after Thailand’s Department of Health Service Support inspected the clinic where Ubiribo received his final treatment.

The 43-year-old died on March 6, 2026, a day after receiving 40cc of hyaluronic acid filler. Authorities said he had undergone four previous procedures since 2024.

Ubiribo reportedly developed chest pain and lost consciousness after a massage. A postmortem examination found material in his lungs consistent with the filler. A UK coroner’s inquest also linked his death to a fatal pulmonary embolism.
