Nigerian educator Peter Adeleke shortlisted for Canadian change-makers award

Nigerian leadership educator and author, Peter Adeleke, has been shortlisted for the 2026 Young Canadian Change-Makers Award in the Leadership Coach category. According to P.M. News, the inaugural award, organised by The Voices and Young Canadian Change-Makers Association, recognises young leaders making positive contributions to their communities.

Adeleke’s nomination is linked to his work in leadership education, professional training, writing and community initiatives spanning Nigeria and Canada. In August 2025, he delivered a 28-hour, 45-minute continuous leadership lesson in Calgary, an achievement Guinness World Records recognised as the longest leadership lesson on record.

Final award recipients will be announced at the Tribe Symposium in Toronto on September 26, 2026.
