Osun poll: Accord beats APC at Oyinlola’s polling unit
The Accord Party has defeated the All Progressives Congress at former Osun Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola’s polling unit in Okuku, Odo-Otin Local Government Area, according to Tribune Online.
Result sheets from the IReV portal showed Accord polled 125 votes against APC’s 85, while ADC got five votes. Of 228 accredited voters, 220 valid votes were cast with eight rejected. The outcome comes despite Oyinlola’s public endorsement of APC candidate Bola Oyebamiji over incumbent Governor Ademola Adeleke ahead of Saturday’s election.
