Super Eagles set for Adidas kit switch in 2027

Nigeria’s Super Eagles are set for a new kit era from 2027 after the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) reportedly agreed a record-breaking partnership with German sportswear giant Adidas. According to Vanguard News, the agreement will see Adidas pay the NFF $4.5 million annually in cash, alongside equipment worth $4 million for Nigeria’s national teams.

The federation will also reportedly receive 20 per cent of sales generated through Adidas stores. The deal is expected to benefit the Super Eagles, Super Falcons and youth teams while reducing the NFF’s kit costs. It will also end Nigeria’s current kit arrangement and begin a commercially significant Adidas era.
