Tottenham become Europe’s second-biggest spenders

Tottenham’s spending since 2023 tops €1bn, second only to Chelsea

Tottenham Hotspur have spent more than €1 billion on player transfers since the 2023/24 season, placing them among Europe’s biggest spenders.

According to figures shared by Prime Video Sport UK, citing Transfermarkt, Spurs have spent €1.08bn during the period, behind only Chelsea, whose expenditure stands at €1.45bn.

Manchester City rank third with €983m, followed closely by Paris Saint-Germain on €974m. Manchester United have spent €882m, while Arsenal complete the top six with €864m.

The figures underline Tottenham’s substantial investment in reshaping their squad over the past three seasons recently.
