Yinka Qadri reveals Ogogo’s final words to him

Veteran Nollywood actor Yinka Quadri has recalled the emotional final words Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, said to him during his last hospital visit before his death.

Quadri said he broke down in tears after seeing Ogogo on his sick bed, but the actor reassured him, saying, “Yinka, don’t cry. Nothing bad will happen to me.”

According to Tribune Online, Quadri described Ogogo as his bosom friend, saying their friendship began in 1984 and survived attempts to create divisions between them.

Ogogo died aged 66 on Sunday and was buried in Ilaro, Ogun State, on Monday.
