Real Madrid’s €140m Diomande deal could boost Bayern’s Michael Olise hopes
Real Madrid’s reported €140 million commitment to Yan Diomande could strengthen Bayern Munich’s hopes of keeping Michael Olise, according to Christian Falk of CF Bayern Insider. Falk claims Madrid had considered Olise but have now invested heavily in another attacker who operates in a similar position.
With Vinicius Junior also tied down until 2032, Real’s attacking options appear increasingly crowded. Bayern have consistently maintained that Olise is not for sale and could use Madrid’s recruitment to encourage the France international to extend his contract. The German giants are reportedly prepared to increase his salary beyond €20 million annually.
