I’ll fix inherited problems, not blame predecessors — Tinubu
President Bola Tinubu has said his administration will focus on fixing Nigeria’s longstanding problems rather than blaming previous governments, according to a report by The Sun Nigeria.
Speaking in Abuja while receiving NUPENG leadership led by Salimon Akanni Oladiti, Tinubu said he had accepted the “assets and liabilities” of his predecessors and would apply technical expertise to fix Nigeria’s refineries.
He stressed that the age of a problem would not determine whether his government addresses it, noting that responsibility now rests with his administration to ensure the greatest common good for Nigerians.
