I performed money rituals, became wealthy before losing my leg — Oyo pastor
An Ogbomoso-based pastor, Joel Adedeji, has recounted how his involvement in money rituals during his younger years preceded an accident that resulted in the amputation of his leg.
According to Daily Post, Adedeji disclosed this during an interview with BBC Yoruba, explaining that he consulted a herbalist while seeking wealth.
“The baba said I should look for someone I like and have intercourse with her and use a cloth to clean her private part once I am done. After I did that, truly money came, honestly, then he asked me to bring more,” he said.
The pastor claimed he enjoyed financial prosperity for four to five years before encountering difficulties.
He said a vehicle driven by someone he had helped purchase it struck him, resulting in serious injuries.
“Before I knew it, I got hit and landed in the hospital, and before I woke up the next day, my leg had been amputated,” he recounted.
Adedeji urged youths to avoid questionable wealth-seeking practices.
